Irish lullaby

Recently someone asked me to restore a damaged 78 rpm recording that their
grandfather, Martin Fitzgerald, made in 1948. Martin was an award winning
singer and was about 13 years old at the time. A new studio had been built
in Cork city and this piece was the first recording to be made there, It
has some historical significance and copies have been sent to the national
music archive in Dublin. The pictures in the slideshow are all from gods own
country, Penwith.
