A cornish folk song, it is a ghost story about a country squire who was so obsessed with fox hunting that he led his hunt over a cliff to their deaths in pursuit of one.On certain nights the hunt returns to haunt the pencarrow moors,ghostly hounds can be heard baying and people lock their doors (its all true).Music and video by the parlour bards, vocalist gail varga,video sourced from the wonderful films of georges melies which are well worth checking out.
