The Streams Of Nantsian. trad cornish

The streams of nantsian refer to a river in cornwall that divides into two
and reunites, when couples were to be parted they would meet here as a
symbol that they would be reunited. The song is about a sailor who goes
to sea leaving his sweetheart at nantsian, he has an affair while away but
has a change of heart and returns home.
The video is from the 1933 film "wake of the bounty"
music by the parlourbards
